The service

Nightline answers after-hours calls for maintenance, property, trades, and other service companies. It helps sort emergencies from morning work, captures work-order details, and can notify a company’s configured on-call contacts. Nightline does not invent pricing or guarantee that a technician is on the way.

Accounts and setup

Client companies are responsible for accurate hours, emergency rules, greetings, and on-call contact lists. By providing staff phone numbers for alerts, the company represents it has permission to use those numbers for Nightline transactional notifications.

SMS program terms

Texts are transactional on-call alerts about after-hours calls. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

HELP: Reply HELP or contact eddyrieds@gmail.com / +1 844 978 4128.

STOP: Reply STOP to cancel SMS alerts. You can also ask your company to remove your number from the on-call list.

Acceptable use

Do not use Nightline for unlawful purposes, spam, or to contact people who have not agreed to receive on-call alerts. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access systems without authorization.

Emergencies

Callers who smell gas, see smoke or fire, or face immediate danger should call 911 (or their local emergency number). Nightline provides safety guidance and escalation paths configured by the client company; it is not a substitute for emergency services.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Eddy Woods LLC is not liable for carrier failures, incorrect on-call numbers supplied by a client company, or decisions made by on-call staff after an alert.
